The Challenge
Florida's premier PIO workshop needed a complete digital training ecosystem, including a mobile-first platform, interactive curriculum tools, and a multi-hour immersive tabletop exercise, built for 3 days of intensive training at the Florida Fire & EMS Conference.
What We Did
Designed, developed, and delivered fapio.pio.training as a progressive web app with interactive scheduling, live polling, and real-time collaboration tools, then co-proctored the workshop alongside FAPIO's FEMA Master PIO instruction team at the Orange County Convention Center.
Results
- Full-spectrum training platform built and deployed for the FL Fire & EMS Conference
- 4-hour immersive tabletop exercise with multi-phase crisis simulation
- flfireems.com served as the official conference registration gateway, linking directly to the BTG platform
- Co-proctored alongside FAPIO's nationally recognized instruction team
