When using any AI-powered features or services provided by Bold Thinkers Group, you warrant that you will not:

• Deploy AI techniques that utilize subliminal, manipulative, or deceptive methods designed to distort behavior and impair informed decision-making
• Exploit vulnerabilities related to age, disability, or socio-economic circumstances through AI in a way that distorts behavior or decision-making
• Use AI systems for biometric categorization that infer sensitive attributes such as race, political opinions, religious beliefs, sex life, or sexual orientation
• Implement AI-based scoring systems that evaluate or classify individuals based on their social behavior or personal traits in a manner that causes harm or discrimination
• Use AI to infer emotions in sensitive environments such as workplaces or educational institutions where such analysis could lead to discrimination or privacy violations
• Use AI outputs to harass, deceive, or manipulate any individual or group
• Attempt to reverse engineer, extract training data from, or otherwise compromise the integrity of AI models or systems

Contributions

In this Policy, the term "Contributions" means any data, information, text, graphics, photos, videos, messages, or other materials that you post, share, upload, submit, or otherwise provide through our Services.

You warrant that:

• You are the creator and owner of, or have the necessary licenses and rights to, your Contributions
• All your Contributions comply with applicable laws and are original and truthful
• Your Contributions do not infringe the proprietary rights of any third party, including copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights
• You have the verifiable consent of each identifiable individual person in your Contributions

• Includes confidential information belonging to a third party
