Media Training in Tampa
The interview is won before the camera rolls. We train executives and spokespeople to carry their message through hard questions, hot lights, and short clips.
Why unprepared interviews go wrong
The deer-in-headlights clip that lives forever
A frozen answer gets clipped, shared, and replayed long after the story ends.
Answering the question they asked instead of the one that matters
Reporters steer. Untrained spokespeople follow instead of bridging to the message.
Legal-approved statements that sound guilty on camera
Copy that reads fine on paper lands as evasion when spoken.
Spokespeople chosen by title instead of readiness
The org chart picks the CEO. The camera does not care about the org chart.
Five ways to train with us
Every engagement is built around who faces the camera and what they are about to face.
1:1 executive coaching
Private on-camera sessions with playback review.
Leadership team workshops
Half-day and full-day formats covering message development, mock interviews, and hostile-question drills.
Crisis-ready spokesperson prep
Focused preparation before a known event: an announcement, an incident aftermath, testimony, or a response to an investigative story.
Ongoing retainer
Quarterly refreshers plus on-call prep when media requests land.
On-location advanced tabletop exercises
In-person instructors run the room while Hey Cass, our AI public information platform, drives the scenario injects. The pressure escalates the way a real news cycle does, and the instructors coach the humans through it.
