Former broadcast journalist at WFTS-TV (ABC Action News, Tampa) turned emergency management professional. As Public Information Officer for Pasco County Fire Rescue, Corey managed crisis communications for 80+ major incidents — from hurricanes and wildfires to active threats and mass casualty events. He holds the FEMA Master Public Information Officer (MPIO) certification, the highest PIO credential issued by the Emergency Management Institute, and has trained over 1,500 public information officers nationwide.
In 2020, Corey founded Bold Thinkers Group to bring first responder discipline and broadcast journalism rigor to strategic communications.
